  • What's Included: Every visit includes an examination, medical history, vital signs, prescriptions electronically sent to the pharmacy, and take-home instructions. 
  • Additional Charges: There may be additional charges for certain labs and durable medical equipment. 
  • Payment Method: Payment in full is required at the time of service and they accept cash or credit. 
  • Not For Insurance: Self-pay services are offered for anyone paying without using insurance. Participation in self-pay pricing cannot be combined with commercial, federal, or State insurance benefits.
